Last updated: May 27th, 2026

MamaCue Baby Care helps parents and caregivers track baby care, understand care rhythms, receive reminders, and support postpartum wellbeing. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can request access, export, or deletion of your data.

If you have questions, contact support@mamacuebabycare.app.

  1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Account details such as name, email address, username, and password credentials.

  • Baby profile details such as name, date of birth or age, and care preferences.

  • Baby care logs such as sleep, feeds, diapers, notes, routines, reminders, and caregiver activity.

  • Mother wellbeing information such as mood, energy, stress, anxiety, sleep, support level, recovery notes, and check-ins.

  • Caregiver information such as invited caregiver email addresses, shared care records, and family feed activity.

  • Support messages or requests you send to us.

We may also collect technical information such as device type, app version, crash reports, diagnostics, analytics events, and approximate usage patterns. This helps us improve reliability, fix bugs, and understand which features are useful.

  1. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Run MamaCue Baby Care and provide the app features.

  • Show baby care logs, reminders, predictions, and Care Compass suggestions.

  • Help personalize feed, sleep, diaper, calm-window, and postpartum support guidance.

  • Support caregiver sharing and family handovers.

  • Respond to support, data export, and account deletion requests.

  • Improve app safety, reliability, performance, and user experience.

  • Detect, prevent, and investigate misuse, technical issues, or security concerns.

  1. Care Compass and predictions

MamaCue may use baby care logs, recent routines, reminder timing, parent tuning, and mother wellbeing signals to suggest a next best move, such as offering a feed, starting wind-down, checking a diaper, keeping things calm, or taking one small reset.

Predictions are supportive estimates. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.

  1. Mother wellbeing and safety

MamaCue includes postpartum-aware check-ins and support language. This information is used to provide lighter-load suggestions, wellbeing insights, and safety guidance inside the app.

If you, your baby, or someone nearby may be in immediate danger, contact emergency services immediately.

  1. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us run the app, such as hosting, database, analytics, crash reporting, email delivery, notification, and support tools.

  • Caregivers you invite or authorize inside MamaCue.

  • Authorities or professional advisers if required by law, safety, security, or legal obligations.

  1. Caregiver invites

If you invite a caregiver, MamaCue may process that caregiver's email address and show shared baby care information according to the permissions available in the app. Only invite people you trust to view or support baby care information.

  1. Data storage and security

We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect account and care data. No system is perfectly secure, so users should use strong passwords and keep account access private.

  1. Analytics and crash reporting

MamaCue may use analytics and crash reporting to understand app performance, fix problems, and improve features. We aim to keep analytics useful and limited to what helps operate and improve the service.

  1. Data export

You can request a copy of your MamaCue data by emailing support@mamacuebabycare.app. Include the email address linked to your account so we can verify the request.

  1. Account deletion

You can request account deletion by emailing support@mamacuebabycare.app. We will delete or anonymize account data unless we need to retain limited information for legal, safety, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business reasons.

  1. Children

MamaCue is intended for parents and caregivers. It is not intended for children to create their own accounts.

  1. International users

MamaCue may be used by families in different countries. Data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We aim to handle data responsibly and in line with applicable privacy requirements.
